From Exhausted to Exceptional Leadership

I help L&D managers fix the burnout problem so that people perform, stay, and thrive

My Mission

What if burnout wasn’t about stress...

but about the act no one taught us to drop?

Across corporate teams, leaders are running on empty. Caught between rising expectations and the pressure to "hold it all together," the result isn't just exhaustion. It's disengagement.

Through powerful storytelling grounded in lived experience, practical proprietary frameworks, and a dynamic stage presence, Rabih El Khodr addresses burnout at its roots.

Meet Rabih

Rabih El Khodr is a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and published author who helps leaders break free from burnout and build cultures where people can perform without losing themselves.

With a career spanning Marketing Communications, Human Resources, and Organizational Learning across global organizations, Rabih has worked with thousands of executives and teams. He blends psychological insight with real-world experience to deliver transformative learning moments that shift mindsets and strengthen leadership.

His mission took shape after losing his home, his father, and his first son during what he later called his Nine Weeks of Sorrow. This turning point reframes his understanding of resilience and purpose, and inspired his signature message: Stop Following the Script®.

Drawing from a multicultural upbringing across 20+ countries and an engaging stage presence influenced by stand-up comedy, Rabih delivers multilingual talks and workshops that challenge assumptions, spark reflection, and empower leaders to lead with authenticity and alignement.
